We all watched in horror as George Floyd begged for his life at the hands of the people who are paid to keep us safe. For some, it was just another day seeing the dark reality of their world. For some of us, it was the last straw — the day we finally opened our eyes to things that we had been privileged enough to be able to pretend wasn’t there. His death can’t be in vain. At Wishful Thinking Woods And Goods, we believe that we can and that we MUST do better. No more “wishing” when it comes to racism. And we believe that the best place to start is with our children.
